Katy Perry was in Mexico City recently, apparently to promote her new perfume - not that anyone was looking at the bottle.
The busty star chose the most low-cut dress in history to promote her new pong "Purr by Katy Perry", its extravagant fabric and sparkly jewels virtually unnoticeable thanks to the eye-boggling cleavage on display.
A thin film of transparent fabric appeared to be the only thing stopping the dress from falling off her, but Katy looked totally at ease as she posed for photos, holding her perfume bottle in the air,should anyone happen to notice it.
